Holdings
As the umbrella organisation of South Tyrol's Tourism Organisations, the LTS holds shares in important touristic structures or has its own representatives in their advisory boards.At 30% the LTS holds a substantial share in Sinfonet KGmbH, which is responsible for the realisation and maintenance of the official South Tyrolean tourism website www.suedtirol.info. Currently, Sinfonet employs 8 people and cooperates with the LTS on a technical level. The remaining two share holders are the HGV with a share of 30% and the SMG with a share of 40%.
The LTS further holds a share in South Tyrol's marketing association, the SMG. Our share amounts to approx. 16%, whereby the LTS is one of the biggest share holders behind the 50% shareholder, the Province of Bozen and the HGV. The cooperation in this association and the representation of South Tyrol's tourism organisations is an important and responsible task.
Since 2005 the LTS also holds a small share of 10% in the Alps Fly Reservation GmbH, whose goal it is to increase charter flights to South Tyrol.
